Presentation areas, gross / net: Oliva 4+2 — 406 / 322 m²; Natura 5+1 — 458 / 333 m²; Como 6+1 — 468 / 357 m²; Mare 7+1 — 503 / 390 m²; Serenita 8+1 — 634 / 394.5 m²; Vita 10+1 — 980 / 680 m². Gross and usable net areas differ.
